Terms of Service
Last updated: July 16, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Satori Consulting Global LLC (“Sacred Pages,” “we,” “us”), and govern your access to and use of the Sacred Pages app at sacredpages.app and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using Sacred Pages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Sacred Pages is a private journaling and reflection tool — not medical, psychological, financial, or other professional advice, and not a substitute for professional care. Please read Section 10 and Section 11.
1.Agreement to these Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference. We may present additional terms for specific features; where they conflict, the additional terms govern for that feature.
2.Who can use Sacred Pages
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
3.Your account
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
- If you enable end-to-end encryption, your content is protected by a key derived from your password and a one-time recovery code. If you forget your password and lose your recovery code, we cannot recover that content — no one can. You are responsible for keeping your recovery code safe (see the Privacy Policy, “Encryption & security”).
- You may delete your account at any time from the app.
4.Subscriptions, free trial & billing
- Some features require a paid subscription. We currently offer monthly and annual plans; current prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.
- If a free trial is offered, your paid subscription begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the current paid period, and cancellation stops future renewals.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe’s terms. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices or plans with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
5.Your content
You own your content. Your journal entries, intentions, priorities, notes, recordings, and transcripts (“Your Content”) remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, encrypt, back up, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. We do not sell Your Content, and we do not use it to train AI models. If you enable end-to-end encryption, we cannot read Your Content. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to store it.
6.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or to store or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates others’ rights;
- attempt to breach or circumvent our security, access other users’ data, or probe, scan, or disrupt the Service;
- reverse-engineer, scrape, or build a competing product from the Service, except to the extent the law permits;
- resell, sublicense, or share your account, or use the Service on behalf of others without permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk or legal exposure for us or other users.
7.Product analytics
To operate, secure, and improve the Service, we collect privacy-friendly product analytics about how the app is used — for example, which features are opened and where people get stuck. By creating and using a Sacred Pages account, you agree to this collection as part of the Service. We send usage events only — never the content of your journal entries. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Logged-out website visitors can opt out of analytics via the banner on our website. See our Privacy Policy for details, the data we process, and your rights.
8.Intellectual property
The Service — including the Sacred Pages name, logo, software, design, and the guided seven-part writing practice and prompts — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
9.Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (such as Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Deepgram, PostHog, and Resend), listed in our Privacy Policy. Your use of features that depend on them may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
10.Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sacred Pages is a tool for personal journaling, reflection, and intention-setting. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and we make no guarantee of any particular outcome, including any “manifestation,” result, or life change. If you are experiencing a crisis or need professional help, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sacred Pages and its owners, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12.Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users. On termination, your license to use the Service ends, and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy (“Data retention”). Sections that by their nature should survive (including content ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.
13.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email and update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14.Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Satori Consulting Global LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
